Now employers giving into everything , when the helpers asking for wifi , they are saying yes ! demanding for 4 off days , they are saying yes.
Helpers are also now , choosing the family they want to work for. If the house have a baby, immediately they are declining. One of the helper , she decline a family with a 5 yrs old child. She said she is looking for a family with bigger kid. I just thought in my mind, the wind is blowing in your direction , I cant say anything now.
Employers also hoping , their current helper will not create any problem and want to leave. If she does that , they will be in the "Transfer maids" search also.
Once, everybody reject the idea of transfer maids. All employers thought that "transfer maids' are problematic ones. Now they are seen as "quick to grab" . They are cherished and valued.
We agency are stuck in this game between employer's request and helper's demands.
